Unlocking Potential

The Cornerstones Program offers Grade 9 and 10 students 30 hours of real-world experience, integrating two work-related experiences into the 成人大片 high school diploma. Students work with industry experts for project-based learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities. The program culminates in a showcased project each year and quarterly progress reports, giving students skills and confidence for university applications and future careers.

This transformative program challenges students to think critically and creatively, gain a unique perspective on their passions and interests, and develop essential skills such as leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication, unlocking their full potential for success in Grades 11 and 12.

Artistry in Curation

Explore how art galleries and museums tell unique stories through curation!
Art curation is a fascinating process that connects the artists and the audience, translating the artists’ inspirations and intentions into bespoke visitor experiences that create stories and impact. Join this program and learn to curate your own exhibition, playing with space and time! You will meet real-life curators and hear their experience in exhibition planning, commercial art management, gallery operations, and propose your own curation. You will also be introduced to digital drawing in the process.

Metaverse Architecture (Developed by Hong Kong university of Science and Technology)

Are you ready for some 3D world-building, and design a virtual experience?
In real-world architecture, holistic design thinking is required to balance architectural ingenuity, sustainability, and civic accessibility with human-centric urban planning principles. In a virtual world, the sophistication of this project lies in good conceptualization and storytelling, impeccable construction, and a smooth and sensible user experience. Building on foundation engineering and existing STEMinn knowledge, this project will challenge you to conceptualize, design, and construct an immersive virtual experience using industry-standard software such as Blender. Guided and supported by senior-year university engineering students, you will hone your skills in 3D modeling and virtual reality development and integration. Let’s pair AI with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and see innovation compounds!
Sustainability risks are real and businesses worldwide are practising ESG principles to manage and mitigate these risks in ways that can be measured. What is ESG? Why is it important? Why are we not hearing more of it at school? How can we promote ESG further? Join this project to up your game in business and AI knowledge! You will develop hands-on skills in leveraging AI technologies to conduct research, collect data, and analyze, and create compelling narratives and materials to present on the topic of ESG in innovative ways.

Legal in Action

Here’s your gateway to the legal profession!
This taster course provides an in-depth introduction to the legal system and courtroom procedures, focusing on developing practical skills such as research, presentation, critical thinking, and communication. Students will explore the Hong Kong court structure, participate in a trial simulation, visit a barrister’s chambers, and meet a solicitor to gain insights into the width and depth of the legal profession.
